A big thanks to Sina at Scotiabank transit 40030! I had a complicated issue that required some time to work out. Sina provided outstanding service to me and was persistent in his efforts to fix the situation. He was polite, knowledgeable, and a very nice person. With his help, the situation was resolved. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Great experience with Mana the assistant manager of the branch. She made a somewhat complicated process seamless.
Very organized, helpful, and quick
