Helpful & knowledgeable employees. Location was clean & spacious.
You will be shocked by the level of incompetence at this branch. The staff are not only rude but also seem unable to handle the simplest transactions. One teller, going by a name like Vallerina or Valencia, or something along those lines, went out of her way to turn a straightforward transaction into a frustrating experience with a distinctly unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Long wait and tellers are chatting with clients for 30 mints. No care for customers waiting in line.
This is the worst Scotiabank I've ever been to. Sat for two hours trying to set up a bank account with someone who had no idea what they were doing and came out without a bank account.
Needed a bank card replacement and after the lineup the process was super fast Limited parking But I think other people parking in the banking spots
