I was honestly surprised when I saw this branch’s Google rating because my experience has been completely different. I’ve always had positive experiences here. The staff may not be overly cheerful or greet you with big smiles, but they genuinely take the time to help and make sure your issue is resolved. I had a very positive experience during my recent visit to Scotiabank. Farnoush assisted me and handled everything efficiently. She was very helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process. I would sincerely like to thank her for the excellent service, and also thank Scotiabank for having such dedicated and capable employees.
Very disappointing experience at this branch. Two days ago, we visited specifically to inquire about a safety deposit box and were given clear information by the staff. Based on what we were told, we rearranged our weekend plans and made a special trip back to the branch. When we arrived today, we were told something completely different, and the staff denied the information that had previously been provided.
