I had a very bad experience with this branch. One of the advisors, Gagendra Singh, took my case for review and promised to get back to me the same day. I followed up by phone and email for four days, but he never returned my calls or replied to my emails. I also contacted their customer relations department, but again received no response. There seems to be a consistent lack of urgency and efficiency at this branch. Even with long lineups, the staff often appear disengaged and unconcerned about working efficiently. Scotia isn’t my main bank, but I’ve visited this location several times over the past two months, and each time I’ve had the same experience: unnecessarily long waits while staff seem to be wandering or moving slowly. It feels like management is not addressing these issues either
Hardworking staff do their best to keep everyone happy, so be patient and understanding
