I was in Park Royal branch. I had a really bad experience with a young Indian man teller. He was rude, talking with rude attitude. I had to make him to understand, I'm not gonna take his rude attitude.
This branch is beyond worst. Untrained staff, lost all over. Came in last week to apply for a credit card (was invited for an offer) provided all the information required. Guess what, the person responsible didn’t file the application and totally forgot about it. I asked for an update after 4 days and finally told me he thought the documents have been sent out for signing. He then proceeded to confirm which credit card I’m applying for.
