If I could give a zero I would. This has to be the worst branch and bank I have ever experienced. There is a complete incompetence from tellers to an assistant manager. The sheer lack of banking standards not being followed and lack of basic banking knowledge really baffles me. Horrible experience ever in a banking system.
Bad advice from an absent/non-responsive financial advisor resulted in additional charges, which Celine Sayson, the "Customer Experience Lead", at Park Royal would not refund. Additionally, it took them over 2 months to get back to me with an answer on the matter. The newly assigned financial advisor, Rishabh Jain, also did not reply to any of my emails, which is very unprofessional way to take on a new client's financial portfolio.
