The staff here are terrible I avoid this branch at all costs
Ethical Problem in this branch : Systmeic lies to customer to sign up for Banking Service. Same branch lied to me 2 times on 2 visits. 2 on 2. 1, The Bank manger no.1 said he will submit an application for a better mortgage rate, and said will get back to us since there is a long time before renewal. Ever heard back from him, so we made another in-person appointment, The manager no.2 said the first guy didn't submit any application, there is just no record of it. The cash machines at Park Royal are so filthy dirty, gloves and sanitizer should be used. The excuse, store next store was renovated. Said store had been re-opened for over a week!
