On hold for the second time, first time the Customer Experience General line transferred me to the branch lead who was not there, whose email was full so you couldn't leave a message and their general mailbox to which you get redirected was full. So, I start all over again.
I had to travel to Vancouver to renew my passport and the Mexican consulate only accepts payments in cash or debit and I did not have any of those so I went to the bank to see if a teller could help me withdrawing cash from my chequing account without my debit as (at this point I wasn’t sure if that could be done) anyways, Camy was very nice and helpful, she helped me right away and her demeanour was the best, warm and supportive.
Employees are all polite, kind, patient and professional. Easy to deal with
