Absolutely outstanding service at Scotia Bank! Max is a true superstar — incredibly friendly, unbelievably polite, and an absolute genius at solving problems. He turned what I thought would be a stressful visit into the easiest and most pleasant banking experience ever. If every branch had a Max, banking would be a joy for everyone!
Scotiabank's ATM area needs improvement. There was trash inside the machines, and a cleaner started cleaning while I was using one, which didn’t feel appropriate. For privacy, cleaning should happen after hours when the area is empty. The accessibility button on the door wasn’t working, which is a serious issue. If someone relies on that to get in, they’d be stuck. It needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
