Went in to get a card for my line of credit and the manager rushed me out and told me to call online banking only for online banking to then tell me they cannot help me and to go back to a branch. The customer service manager here is not helpful - do not do your business with this branch.
I was depositing $5000 CAD into my checking account when this old Asian lady teller Cammy F. started asking me all sorts of policing questions. What do you do for living? What’s your company’s name? Where did you bring the cash from? I answered all her interrogatories and even showed her the currency exchange receipt that I brought the remainder of funds from my vacation trip.
