I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received from an employee named Chris. On several occasions, he has been rude, displayed an arrogant attitude, and provided poor customer service. I went into this bank and no customers were in it. I wanted a quotation on a rate & nothing more. The person at the counter went to the person in the office to give the info. The person in the office did not come out to greet me or take my question. The person from the counter came out to relay the answer to me. Simple question asked at Royal bank and CIBC next door that gave me my answer. Scotia bank to lazy and ignorant. They need customer service help. What a insult! Pitiful

Very poor experience since joining Scotiabank specifically at this branch. All the staff are unwilling to simply say, "I don't know the answer," and instead lie and give false directions, advice, and instructions. I have wasted so many hours dealing with them, and no one takes ownership or accountability. Their advisors are all useless. It's unfortunate because they are all nice people but perhaps lack training. At this point, I don't see the point in paying for banking services when the customer service is this poor.
