I came today to this branch (Howard Shih)were no able to come out of his office to solve Clint’s problem I would not recommend scotia bank anymore
Howard shih were not cooperative I asked him for business card he’s like we don’t have business card seriously you work for a bank and no business card

Worst banking experience ive been on hold with them for almost an hour it’s been 46 mins and they said 10 min wait time I’m furious and don’t even want to bank with Scotia bank at this point.
Said close at 10 but was close at 930 Was so disappointed
