6 kiosks & only 1 teller on unless it's payday 4 assistance in which case they have 2. Stupid! Waste of space, unhelpful staff when empress pub didn't dispence th , my $40 with the receipt stating nothing dispursed on it. Was told by scotiabank to contact the atm machine company....bull load!
I had a great experience my first time visiting this branch. Hannah was wonderful, very attentive and helpful. We booked an appointment to discuss a business account. Overall I was pleased and plan to visit again tomorrow.
Horrible. 1 teller on with a full line back up to the door. Management walking by and doing NOTHING about it. I asked if they were planning to do anything about it and was ignored. They pretended that they didn’t know what I was saying. Horrible bank. Horrible service. Horrible management. Slow employees.
Worst banking experience online and in person. Avoid at all cost
