I had a great experience my first time visiting this branch. Hannah was wonderful, very attentive and helpful. We booked an appointment to discuss a business account. Overall I was pleased and plan to visit again tomorrow.
Horrible. 1 teller on with a full line back up to the door. Management walking by and doing NOTHING about it. I asked if they were planning to do anything about it and was ignored. They pretended that they didn’t know what I was saying. Horrible bank. Horrible service. Horrible management. Slow employees.
Worst banking experience online and in person. Avoid at all cost
Today I went in to take money out of my account abd the security was very rude not understanding adhd, people with adhd do not understand when people Don't go in the line, I appreciate the older Asia lady that was more respectful than the old Caucasian lady with her walker, people like her are the reason I am happy that lady with the walker won't have time to live. Anyways when I was leaving I can hear the security guard who has nothing better to do but sit on her butt being screenmatized with her phone and not doing her job... read more
Very poor service. Only 1 teller, and he didn't seem to have very much experience or knowledge.
