This is where I cash my cheque sometimes....
I try to avoid this branch because of the horrible customer service. The ATM and lobby are always very dirty. Best bring your hand sanitizer. Inside, long lineups, 30 minutes this morning at 10:30 am, with one teller working, apparently people on lunch, but no sign of a cover shift. Several men wandering around doing something, not sure what. The one stressed out teller seemed inexperienced and anxious. Not sure who the manager is, they are always in their office. I guess they are too busy to come and help out.
I came today to this branch (Howard Shih)were no able to come out of his office to solve Clint’s problem I would not recommend scotia bank anymore
Howard shih were not cooperative I asked him for business card he’s like we don’t have business card seriously you work for a bank and no business card
