Hit or miss. When they really miss, it's enough to make it your last visit to this branch 40 minutes to help me make two REPEAT wire payments. That is terrible.

My feedback got more than 17 and 15 millions views so I try always to be as max fair as possible. More than 15 years with this branch and way more with Scotiabank in general but last two years experience with both is so unprofessional, poor customer service (excluding through Twitter or X) Branch took week to respond to simple emails.
