My feedback got more than 20 millions views so I try always to be as max fair as possible. More than 10 years with this branch and way more with Scotiabank in general but last 5 years experience with both is so unprofessional, poor customer service (excluding through Twitter or X) Branch took weeks to respond to simple emails. I didn’t rate them , only concern they are super slow, each time I visited there , I had to wait such long , overall most of the Scotia branch in Richmondhill are not fast , each time I’m planning to visit Scotia branches in Richmondhill i already know that I should wait minimum minutes 30 minutes, unfortunately it’s not me only at least so many friends around me they complain same thing, if they keep continuing like this , they lose their customer
