This branch needs to be closed down. Completely incompetent employees.
My feedback got more than 18 and 16 millions views so I try always to be as max fair as possible. More than 10 years with this branch and way more with Scotiabank in general but last two years experience with both is so unprofessional, poor customer service (excluding through Twitter or X) Branch took week to respond to simple emails. Appointment with clear agenda emailed long enough then in the meeting advisor said sorry I do not know that we supposed to discuss and please give time to reply. I have several business AND personal accounts at this Branch for several years, and I deal with many Banks, all the time, I can honestly say that this is an amazing Branch with fantastic professionals, who are always pleasant and eager to help. Highly recommended.
