How can it be smy worse honestly
Working for another FI for 39 yrs with all our challenges this bank has been the most disappointing. Branch Manager has no interest in acknowledging the clients concerns, as I was never contacted by a manager and their complaint system is made so difficult for the average person to understand and proceed. A simple request to provide original documents of the mortgage is not responded to or provided, not sure how secure our information is if they can lose a file?
