I’ve had the worst experience at the Scotiabank Cloverdale branch with customer service agent Lesya Derevyanko. She was extremely rude and once she found out my nationality, she treated me horribly. To make things worse, she closed my account for no reason at all and didn’t solve my problem. Sylvia S D'Souza helped me so much with fixing my credit card issue. I have been going branch to branch for one year and due to the complexity of my credit card issue no financial advisor was willing to help or even saying that they can’t do anything but i was fortunate to meet sylvia and she took so much time and effort and fixed my credit card issue. I wish we get more advisors like her in scotia bank branches. Wish her all the best 🙏
Very poor customer service. Needed to ask for a mortgage refinance. Took one month just to file my application. Financial advisors are useless..Don't recommend this branch to anyone..
