This bank should be ashamed of themselves how they treat people..Jen the teller likes to escalate things sayimg she been threatened when been asked a question so nstead of explaining she resorts to shutting down and not do her job professionally. Will be closing all account thus is 3rd time same problem arise over last 3 years. Thought was resolved last year when higher ups were called to rectify same situation..now back to square 1. Shame shame sham on Scotia bank Lancaster west Saint John!!!

Scotiabank closed my branch in Grand Bay-Westfield so this is my next closest branch. I went in at 4pm today and was told the tellers close at 3 and have done since last Aug (I was told this in a way that intimidated that I should have known this) I explained that I was transferred from Grand Bay (who had much better opening hours) so I wouldn’t have known this. Time to find a new bank that is open for people who have to go to work during the day.

Staff is rude and tellers close at 3pm. Was handed a complaint slip and dismissed for the next in line. The next person ran into the same problem... 😭

Staff was very helpful. However, there is no accessible wheelchair parking. Also have to climb stairs to get from parking lot to go inside the bank. Not good for those who cannot do so. Even though this is the closest Scotiabank to me, due to this, I will not be returning to this location
