When calling, getting through to bank staff is inconveniently timely. Can we get their extensions please?!
Hours are horrible, can't withdraw more then $5000 from your account through a teller, have to go make multiple transactions at the atm in order to exceed.
Rude staff, not helpful at all.
Do not tell customers that tellers are only open till 3 PM. One staff member I believe her name is Jenn is extremely rude. Don’t have a job in customer service if you don’t have customer service
