Do not tell customers that tellers are only open till 3 PM. One staff member I believe her name is Jenn is extremely rude. Don’t have a job in customer service if you don’t have customer service
Hate to give a 1 star but I got a new card, buddy says oh pin in envelope. No pin so. Has to go back in. Teller activated my card and didn't setup online access and your call center is telling me to go into your branch now a 3rd time. Your location hours suck and I work until 530 on week days. This is unacceptable and as a new customer... You guys are surely not building a good relationship with a new card holder
Closed the bank in grandbay and then reduced hours only to make it inconvenient for you the customer. Honestly it’s a shame for so many people.
Staff is extremely rude. Told to use ATM when need to see a teller. Will not be back.
