Love the 'Scene' aspect of being a member. Made tons of points. Dislike: their new hours. Forces me to use their app but I guess that's where we're headed though eh?
Horrible service with Hannah. Oozing attitude from the minute we sat down. Just wanted to be argumentative. Even slammed the door when we left.
Very frustrating bank to deal with. Little customer service through phone. I left 2 messages to be called. Made a account transfer on Friday its 4pm Monday the transfer has not been made.
