Horrible service with Hannah. Oozing attitude from the minute we sat down. Just wanted to be argumentative. Even slammed the door when we left.
Very frustrating bank to deal with. Little customer service through phone. I left 2 messages to be called. Made a account transfer on Friday its 4pm Monday the transfer has not been made.
Arrive on a friday at 3pm, the teller would not change my larger bills to small bills, saying "the money was already counted for the day". On a Saturday I specifically drove there to use the ATM. At 10am on Saturday the door was locked. Had to use another bank and pay all the fees. The staff are always kind
