AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ANY OTHER BANK IS BETTER. RUN!! I'm not even specifically mad at SB. All executives responsible for customer experience need to be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. Why? Failure. Incompetence. Unable to do their job and meet the basics. They dont get it. They wanna just bank and earn, but not run a customer facing business. Its a dead end here. I would like to thank Saksham Jairath from this branch for his exceptional support. Even with only 10 minutes left before closing, he assisted me in replacing all my lost cards quickly and smoothly. He went above and beyond by staying past closing time to ensure everything was resolved. I truly appreciate his helpfulness and dedication.
Slow service and rude. Terrible bank institution, this is not exclusive to just this location either.
Extremely dissapointed by the senior financial planners here. They don't work in clients favour but in banks interest. Very biased advice was give to me, especially by senior advisors. They will talk to you if you're bringing in business for them. For a credit and loan inquiry appointment the advisor spend 30 min in explaining and insisting heavily to convert my all savings into stocks and MF ( The senior advisor gets paid for this ) and leave me with 10 min to discuss my needs of the appointment. This is the worst brach that I have been. The staff is not good at their job and always finding the manager for help but the manager was so rude too. Bad service, bad atmosphere. Never come back again.
