Great customer service, tellers are full of welcoming smiles, courtesy, beautiful bank all around, Manager Laura Green was very helpful in our needs, as well as very friendly, a great welcoming to this town. My husband and I love the service.
All I want to do is speak to someone working at the branch. Everytime I call I'm transferred to someone who isn't even in the same town. I don't know anyone's extension or anyone by name. How hard is it to just call somewhere and speak to someone. SMH.
Great staff, very friendly. Building is always clean. I deducted 1 star as we are 3 years into a pandemic and they still haven't figured out a way to supply hand sanitizer at the ATMs, when I asked they said it would get stolen but there are solutions to this, even more so now that the supply chain is working again, including floor mounted with non-alcohol sanitizer or eve place a floor mounted one in the foyer during business hours.
