The staff have always been very helpful, my grievance is with constant empty ATMs. In order to pull my rent money I often find 3 machines that are empty. Then there's 40+ people in line, the staff even seem frustrated with this. They are helping people as fast as they can. Keeping the ATMs up and functioning should be a priority. Ease the lineups. The employees here are really pleasant and have welcoming nature, even when there was a long line. Rajdip helped me out with my investment, great job, very professional. Grown up people in the line were frustrated and have zero patience, can’t believe how they get around in their life with this terrible attitude.
The manager and the staffs doesn't know what they are doing. You are getting paid to serve customers, which is clearly not there
Pretty decent nothing exceptional Their personal banking advisors are will just either drop you and ignore calls (Zlatan) or will not do a thorough check of someone’s credit (Gurpinder) and then just dismiss you. Pathetic.
