Went in this morning right at open. An older gentleman was being served by a younger man in a blue sweater (no nsme tags). This customer was super friendly, trying to make jokes through conversation and the teller looked annoyed. It was sad to watch the interaction as you could clearly tell that the teller didn't want to be there.
I got contradicting information between this branches offers and another branches offers and I never recieved a call back or email for the forms I was supposed to be sent.
Rude customer service. Lady who dealt with us extremely rude and aggressive. Didn’t explain anything. Never going back to this bank ever again.
Amazing customer service
Extremely rude CS. I had a cheque being blocked by the "fraud" department for over 5 days they were suspecting it was a bad cheque, which it wasn't they have me going to the branch with my IDs atleast 3x in less than 2 weeks. Last time I was in I was being help by a very decent young man when the teller next to him got involved and was so rude, telling him that I was in denial while she thought I couldn't hear or see her, she then proceeded to laugh at me like I was some criminal.. no respect whatsoever.
