I believe the problem lies with the new structure they have introduced. I was told no senior managers are on site to help with major decisions/approvals on the bank side. The call centre Customer Service is based on buying time. They tell untruths to their own agents/tellers/junior managers at the branch & worst of all to us the customers. They unabashedly avoid providing proper support.
