There's no access to the ATM vestibule after hours. I don't expect much from a bank, but being able to access money is a pretty primary consideration. Edit: there are ATMs inside the mall to the right. There should absolutely be a sign on the outside door of the vestibule about this.
Have had an account with Scotiabank since I was 8 years old… I will be leaving them as soon as I can from lack of customer service, hours and staff
