Have had an account with Scotiabank since I was 8 years old… I will be leaving them as soon as I can from lack of customer service, hours and staff
Lindsay has great customer service, and was super helpful with everything !!
The main entrance ABM isn't available after hours but if you go around the building to the right and inside the mall there's one in there. No idea why they wouldn't have a sign telling customers.
Horrible professionalism. Went there for help and ask for assistance but the man behind counter made everyone feel like they are stupid even his own colleagues and just refused to help. They just blamed everything on others to escape from their responsibility.
