This bank is horrible. I am a retiree. I paid my credit card off in full, never missed a payment in 5 years and they reduced my credit limit and said it was because I paid the card in full so they automatically reduce your credit to $1,000 WTAH? They withhold large government deposits, direct deposits, it's not a cheque it's a lump sum directly into my account. The bank manager ran away and refused to discuss it with. Called the branch. Was told a six minute wait. 30 minutes later after listening to music that made my ears bleed (horrible!!!) and hearing a recording repeatedly say my call is important, I gave up. It obviously is not. Tried several times and was repeatedly cut off. Absolutely unacceptable service.
Well informed staff, friendly and always take the time to help me with whatever I need.
The worst branch I ever seen, they cannot do anything at the branch even online banking, what do they do there? Not nice people there, they just want to get rid of you and do nothing
Switched from CIBC. A breath of fresh air with enough staff ( unlike CIBC) that are knowledgeable and helpful.
