After being referred by Scotia Securities Inc and iTrade to go in branch to resolve issues with my accounts, the lady working yesterday told me she couldn't help and I should "go back home and call"; When I asked to speak to someone, she said no one was available. This was 2pm Friday. The Windsor NS branch is hands down the worst I've had to deal with - but Scotiabank overall is not worth anyone's time. Wish I could make it Zero Star, after being with ScotiaBank for over 20 years, the incompetence from the current staff members (not all but at least 2) I make a complaint and strongly suggest the ID10T staff members take some retraining and customer service courses all my accounts were forcibly closed and given 30 days to move everything. Luckily BMO offers better services and cheaper banking options. Strongly suggest avoiding this branch and its personal banking personal.
Bank has a lot of really nice people if only they could pay them to work more hours. Google says it's open till 5:00 but you're going to want to read that website because all of their teller Services stop at 3:00. So most of what you need a bank for is only open 9:30 to 3:00. I might consider moving to a bank that doesn't charge me fees if I can't get the services I need because they're only open when I'm at work.
Went with my mom here this week so she could change a few accounts around. Courtney was the lady who helped her. It took a long time to complete all the needs of my mom and Courtney was so patient and friendly and walked my mom through every step as it was all very overwhelming for her. Thanks so much!
