Terrible hours. 930 to 430... you'd have a lot more customers while everyone is commuting at the transit area on their way home...may I suggest 6pm?? It's a high traffic spot. Be realistic.
Rude customer services if you can go to the one in Blair they actually treat you like a human being.

Nobody there seems to know what they're doing. Customer service is clueless, account officer is clueless, and their systems don't work together. Very disgusting and annoying
Opened a new checking account online but never received a debit card in mail. When I called the contact centre, they told me the system had not issued a new debit card for some reason and they were not able to do it over the phone and asked me to go to the branch. Today, I went to the Rideau Street branch and told the person on the counter with loss of hair and eyeglasses that I was advised to go to the branch.
