The supervisor Sadia was incredibly helpful in keeping me informed on the procedures for withdrawals at ScotiaBank and provided great customer care! Furthermore, Sadia provided her card should I have any questions or concerns. Very helpful and glad to interact with her !
The teller’s attitude was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. There was no sense of customer care or willingness to assist.
Scotiabank has always been solid in my books. Staff’s usually respectful, even the security guard’s got great manners. But today (June 23rd in the hour of 1 pm) was different. The woman in the black hijab blue top gave me straight-up attitude for no reason at all. I don’t understand. I was polite, but the energy was off. I don’t know what her issue was, and I didn’t stick around to find out. Just grabbed my stuff, wished her a good day, and left. No one deserves to be treated like that.
