I got my account here in the mid 1990's. Before the building was torn down and rebuilt due to the LRT. No complaints. I appreciate still having a place (brick and mortar) to meet someone in person. It's nice seeing a security guard there. They always seem polite and professional.
Terrible hours. 930 to 430... you'd have a lot more customers while everyone is commuting at the transit area on their way home...may I suggest 6pm?? It's a high traffic spot. Be realistic.
Rude customer services if you can go to the one in Blair they actually treat you like a human being.
