Great service. Fast and friendly
The supervisor Sadia was incredibly helpful in keeping me informed on the procedures for withdrawals at ScotiaBank and provided great customer care! Furthermore, Sadia provided her card should I have any questions or concerns. Very helpful and glad to interact with her !
The teller’s attitude was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. There was no sense of customer care or willingness to assist.
