The teller’s attitude was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. There was no sense of customer care or willingness to assist.
Scotiabank has always been solid in my books. Staff’s usually respectful, even the security guard’s got great manners. But today (June 23rd in the hour of 1 pm) was different. The woman in the black hijab blue top gave me straight-up attitude for no reason at all. I don’t understand. I was polite, but the energy was off. I got my account here in the mid 1990's. Before the building was torn down and rebuilt due to the LRT. No complaints. I appreciate still having a place (brick and mortar) to meet someone in person. It's nice seeing a security guard there. They always seem polite and professional.
