They are a terrible company
The bank is supposed to open at 10am on Fridays. I'm at the bank, it is not open. There's a woman inside, and hasn't made an effort to acknowledge the waiting customers outside. She's being rude and unprofessional. I have bills to pay in person. Please resolve this issue.
The staff are great, the best. But scotia bank should be banned throughout Canada. They are closing all small branches in smaller towns forcing their loyal customers to bank online and or elsewhere. One step closer to cbdc.
