Utterly useless service and assistant bank manager is the most pompous rude and aloof sounds like a banker ever.
Scotiabank is a pain to deal with. But this branch is the worst. Just spend 30 minutes in a line to cash a cheque, and that is not the first time. It's always like that. No service, inexperienced staff, and they shorten the hours. Unbelievable. I will change to a different bank.
Slowest service ive ever had at a bank in my life.
Before covid you changed your hours so people like me could finally go in after shift work. And now youre back to horrible hours. Fix this for people who need you later in the day TD does it... why can't you?
