St. Peter's Road branch. Went in at 4 pm to get a roll of loonies for laundry. Camping from Ontario No cash transactions after 3 pm. Only appointments and financial advice from 3 to 5pm. Totally laughable ! They're a BANK ! This is one for the books. They're a BANK !
Did a withdrawal from the ATM. I bank with another company. It didn't give me cash but charged me. I went inside and they said to contact my bank???? Like excuse me what?

great experience, i experienced always that staff form south India knows everything about immigration documents, stamping needs and and international banking needs. Overall great experience and all staff if very helpful
