This branch itself is nice and pleasant, however the bank themselves are not good.
Paul Aguire is always very personable and knows his stuff, every time he makes it super easy to make changes, I am a young student who doesn't know a whole lot about my banking and he is always very resourceful and nice and helpful.
Worst bank.
I've never had the best service at any Scotiabank in Calgary and I've written a couple bad reviews so I was nervous about my appointment this past Saturday . My husband and I ended up getting Justin Lalonde (branch manager). I give him these 5 stars!! he was an amazing help and answered every question we had!!! excellent guy and very knowledgeable. UPDATE: Scotiabank sucks again!
