The Scotiabank Cochrane closed out all accounts including including my Passport Visa due to a dispute with the Manager this was in March! They are now saying I owe them first $10 now this has balloned to $43? On interest charges on a credit Card that they canceled and the balance waa paid out of my Personal account in full! I talked with an agent from some call centre that couldn't explain it properly and kept talking over me! The incompetence of this branch in handling my accounts keeps following me! Very customer friendly, especially the tellers. Found that some of the financial advice was great, especially from Manish. I haven’t met Paul, but I hear that customer service from him should be a 5 rating.. Tara on the other hand from optics perspective, I would not want to deal with her again
Gone here in the past, service was good then. Went there today & the teller sarah was rude, did not want me to use cash even though that's the legal tender of payment, did not give me the correct reciept or change. She also seemed racist. Will no longer goto this location!
This branch itself is nice and pleasant, however the bank themselves are not good.
Paul Aguire is always very personable and knows his stuff, every time he makes it super easy to make changes, I am a young student who doesn't know a whole lot about my banking and he is always very resourceful and nice and helpful.
