Exceptional service by Deepanshu! I visited in the morning and was completely clueless, but he patiently explained the pros and cons of every option. He was transparent, honest, and never pressured me into making a decision. I truly appreciated his guidance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service.

One star. The sloths at the zoo move with more urgency. I walked into this branch at 4:00 PM for an appointment regarding opening a business account. The branch closes at 5:00 PM, so naturally I assumed an hour would be enough time to at least have a conversation. I asked the lady at the front if someone could help me.
