One star. The sloths at the zoo move with more urgency. I walked into this branch at 4:00 PM for an appointment regarding opening a business account. The branch closes at 5:00 PM, so naturally I assumed an hour would be enough time to at least have a conversation. I asked the lady at the front if someone could help me. She went to speak with another lady, who I was told was the manager. I came to leave a review just to see this branch already has a total 2.4 star rating and rightfully so. They give appointments to people that lack customer care experience. For example: I went with my mom to renew her mortgage today. Unfortunately we didnt have time to shop mortgages because we lost my dad and grandmother 2 days apart in the last 3 months.
