I came to leave a review just to see this branch already has a total 2.4 star rating and rightfully so. They give appointments to people that lack customer care experience. For example: I went with my mom to renew her mortgage today. Unfortunately we didnt have time to shop mortgages because we lost my dad and grandmother 2 days apart in the last 3 months. This branch is full of Slackers, they take money but when you want to withdraw, they will not give it to you, the account have some Problem & will tell you to call Scotia Online.
Absolutely terrible experience.i just wanted to open my bank account but after waiting for 1 and half hour,they said you can’t open your account here without giving me any reason.i had all necessary documents . do not waste your time by coming here
