Inefficient management and inefficient people. They told me someone would be with me shortly, and then completely ignored me for over half and hour. Ended up having to leave early before getting service because it got too late. Wasted my time, and this is not even the first time.

Whoever sits at the desk behind the tellers needs to be fired immediately !!! I was asking the younger teller why I was charged monthly bank fees this month, as I've been exempt from bank fees for years, due to my CFIB membership. The teller was confused and didn't really seem to know what this was. So I explained to her that my business pays a monthly subscription to CFIB, which gives businesses and their employees perks and benefits to numerous businesses around Canada. Very bad service don't recommend scotiabank at all
Going to the Scotia Bank in Cornwall is a very very stressful situation You never get out of there with a smile because nobody smiles in there. By the time you touch the door to get out of there you have become negative, with a headache or nausea and your day is ruined. What is wrong with that place???
