I’ve been with Scotiabank for two decades. Had another fantastic experience at the Brookdale location again this evening. Can’t say enough good things about the customer service.

I had an issue at the atm when the branch was closed, Cindy P. not only got it resolved within a day and a half but also she called me to let me know that the situation was properly addressed. My interaction with this branch is great up to now.

Absolutely, worst bank ever. I only deal with tangerine. Unfortunately, I have to use Scotia bank machines. Almost every single time I've used the machines in the few years, I've lived in Cornwall, they're either down, no cash can come out or no cash can be deposited. Plus you have to hit the touchscreen about a 100 different spots just to be able to use the buttons. Inefficient management and inefficient people. They told me someone would be with me shortly, and then completely ignored me for over half and hour. Ended up having to leave early before getting service because it got too late. Wasted my time, and this is not even the first time.
