Theresa specifically was disrespectful towards my elderly grandma, she was visibly annoyed and giving her disgusting attitude when dealing with her at the cash
Called a few times, no answer and no call back. Times have changed since I worked for BNS, voicemails would be updated daily to let the customer know you were in office that day & we never left without at least attempting to return calls.
The slowest Scotia I have ever been to. It feels like they are understaffed, underappreciated and unhappy. Difficult to reach anyone by email and/or phone. Calling 1800 is no better - insane wait times! It is unfortunate, as I have been with Scotia for over 30 years easily!
