Going to the Scotia Bank in Cornwall is a very very stressful situation You never get out of there with a smile because nobody smiles in there. By the time you touch the door to get out of there you have become negative, with a headache or nausea and your day is ruined. What is wrong with that place???
Absolutely horrible service and treatment every single time I deal with a teller, and since I'm so memorable as was pointed out by said teller, I'm sure she'll know I'm talking about her. The only one I like to deal with is the nice lady always working the accessible kiosk. The rest of them act as though they are better than the peasants they serve. Smdh.
Been a customer for years. Recently a widow. Mtg came up for renewal and bank would not consolidate to renew. Went through Mtg Broker and TD was happy to help me. BNS added to my grief. Thanks
