Do not go here! It just gets worse! My husband went to get statements today and we have $$$$ gone from our savings account that was " redirected" to a savings plan??? without our consent. No paperwork signed by either of us. Nothing. Still trying to get $1500 back that this bank " lost"15 years ago. Drained my husband's account to zero claiming the CRA came into the bank demanding money from his account. We called CRA. It never happened. They lied. We didn't owe CRA anything. Do not bank here ever!!!! Thrives!!! They've left me stranded in another country and refuse to give me access to $3700 in my account with no valid reason and no I'm stranded with no way to get back and I'm a student and work!!! Branch manager does nothing but makes excuses and to top it off, I can't use my account but they continue to charge me my monthly service fee!!! #CTVNews #CP24 please investigate this corrupt bank!!!
Was with this branch since I was 12 years old, when 25 went to get a loan I was told no, walked across to TD got my loan, went to get a mortgage was told no, went to CIBC got one no problem.
