Why is there no access to the bank machines?? This is total B.S.. Don't hand us that crap about homeless. That's a policing issue. All the other banks have accessible abms. Sign says abms at 9. We'll, it's 9:20?? What's up. Maybe show some respect to your clients. Scotia Bank sucks!!@
Absolutely horrible staff, starting with the Assistant Manager and the floor supervisor. Racists, they discriminated against me and refused to do a wire transfer . The Manager doesn't care, because todate, he hasn't called me back. Absolutely disgusting people!
Staff are very accommodating.
Dylan was very nice and outgoing with his customer service very professional.
