Branch has went downhill very fast. They forced most of their local staff to quit while bringing in workers from Toronto. It used to be diverse, but now I'm accused of being racist by pointing out how no other race works there now.... so I'll go to another bank.
Very rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. Will never use Scotiabank again. As a new client I expected better service, not complete incompetence and waste of my time.
Worst customer service and skills, like they talk in random languages, not english that includes branch manager. Lack of knowledge, looks confused all the time. Suggest not to open accounts here.
No staaf there .every single time lineup .do not choose scotia bank
Man, I dont know what happened to this branch but it has gone down hill FAST! No one answers phones or calls you back. The branch is now closed by 1pm or sooner unless you book an appointment. HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU DONT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS????!!!!!
