The teller staff are friendly and courteous, but they are too short staffed and need new hires to take some stress and workload off their shoulders. I hope that will be a big priority for management.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The branch is neat and tidy. Cristie , Julie, Irene, Roxanne all provide customers with wonderful and professional service. Been a customer since National Trust was amalgamated. :-)

Had to cancel an order on cheques an hour after I placed it through the branch. After realizing I don't need them, went back and tried to cancel but they were already being processed as received. Branch employee Omar went out of his way to help cancel them. Much appreciated!
