Had to cancel an order on cheques an hour after I placed it through the branch. After realizing I don't need them, went back and tried to cancel but they were already being processed as received. Branch employee Omar went out of his way to help cancel them. Much appreciated!
I had a merchant charge me three times for the same thing. They told me they could do a refund right away, but only if the bank confirmed three separate charges pending. I called the contact center and they confirmed the separate charges but the merchant wanted in in writing. I asked the teller who was on the phone what we could do to get what she was telling me into writing and she suggested we make a case number so she could send me the full details.
