Terrible experience with customer service from the tellers. They were always annoyed and in a bad mood when they helped me. I do not recommend this bank because of its tellers; the customer service was very poor.

Endless lineup with two tellers open. HIRE more tellers!!!!
The teller staff are friendly and courteous, but they are too short staffed and need new hires to take some stress and workload off their shoulders. I hope that will be a big priority for management.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. The branch is neat and tidy. Cristie , Julie, Irene, Roxanne all provide customers with wonderful and professional service. Been a customer since National Trust was amalgamated. :-)
