Abysmal Customer service. I came in to pay off a credit card and was told to sign in with online banking. No matter what steps I did, the forgot password kept saying I had to activate my card in the bank machine or with a purchase. I signed in on the bank machine, but it still didn't activate. The teller didn't know what to do. The forgot password flow said, your card must be activated...and the other option was to make a point-of-sale purchase, which I didn't want to do, but she said she couldn't do anything else. Great bank but very busy most all the time I have had to stand in line a few times..
I been visiting this branch for last 2 weeks to close an account and they send me back and forth 4 times. At the end the manager Branda said she will wave of the charge and after 2 days when I went back she said I have to wait for another 2 days and at the end paid all the charges. The worst banking experience ever had to face

Drove 15 minutes out of my way to deposit money in the bank machine and it's "not" accepting deposits right now! Really!
