Scotiabank is not my bank, but I had to deal with them when my grandmother passed and I was the executor of her estate. Sharlena was very lovely and easy to deal with. She was helpful and gave me the important information I needed. That's the reason I'm giving two stars instead of zero or one. My problems arose when my file was transferred to the estate department. Last week, I walked in to inquire about the "passport" visa card and I was assisted by Sharlena, who was incredibly kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She was very welcoming. I really appreciated all the help from her, I went home that day and applied immediately. A week later, I received an email to pick up my cards which I was excited about. The most unprofessional bank I so far has to deal with, teller rude, and they fail to help me with a sample task of open un personal account and set up a debit card, twice.

Our interactions with Pam (I believe is her name) have been exceptional. With my children's international travel and then with an outdated government cheque, she has gone above and beyond for us. We so appreciate having such a knowledgeable teller. She is a treasure.
