It is closed at 6 30 on Sat. Not following ABM hours, awful.
Extremely disappointing experience with Scotiabank. I needed a balance letter for immigration purposes, and they charged $15 for it, even though most other banks provide this service for free. When I questioned the fee, the manager insisted it was "policy" but couldn’t provide any documentation to back it up. To make matters worse, the letter was printed in black and white and wasn’t even on official letterhead, making it feel unprofessional.
If you have an appointment here avoid PUNEET SALWAN. Completely missed my appointment and did not even bother to reach out to me. Extremely unprofessional on behalf of him and this branch.
