I had to wait more than 20 minutes for the meeting to start, even though I arrived on time. At the same time, the clerk did not bother to come out and warn me about the expected delay.
Staff at this branch are always pleasant and welcoming. Isabel and Diane are two of the staff members who are especially knowledgeable and helpful.
What a disgusting and disrespectful branch. It clearly states that Scotia Bank acquired ING Direct in 2012 then renamed it to Tangerine, but they won't deal with Tangerine customers at the till and just tell them to phone customer service. Clowns
