Terrible service, I don't recommend it. I feel helpless because I've had a problem for two months and nobody knows what's wrong and nobody can help. They waste my time because they can't give a customer any assistance when they ask for help with the mess in the fraud department. But they do demand I pay something without even bothering to investigate. They're adding payments from my old credit card that I already paid.

Unbelievably disappointing customer service. No escalation to address issues. Multiple instances where scheduled appointments were missed with no apology and no attempt to make things right. I will be terminating my accounts and taking my business needs elsewhere - where some sort of customer service exists. "Business" hours for ScotiaConnect end at 3pm Mountain Time. Well done. If wasting hours and hours attempting to manage simple banking is your hobby, then this is your bank.

Misrepresentation, lack of accountability, and failed escalation. I opened a chequing account and a Momentum credit card in branch after being explicitly told by Ms. Ipsita Choudhury, Senior Financial Advisor, that there would be no monthly service fees. Despite this assurance, service fees were later charged, unexpectedly reducing my balance.
