I went into this location and was helped by Gabrielle. She was very professional and helpful, she took the time to explain things, asked questions and made sure I was taken care of. She deserves a raise or promotion. If you do go this location, (if she is working, I suggest you wait for her to assist you).

Very disappointing experience with a teller named Harman. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years, but this interaction made me seriously consider switching banks. I asked for help with a document related to my account, and she seemed to have no idea what I was referring to. She then asked two other staff members how to print my statement, which was surprising. I was surprised by the bad reviews of Scottia bank offices in Edmonton, and today I knew the reasons for it. I opened an account online a week ago and went to the branch at Whyte av.to finish the paperwork and get my debit card. Everything seems to go well until I tried to make INTERAC transfers , it did not work and the App kept saying that I had no account there.
