The banking and the community has changed to become one-sided. You definitely are treated differently based on the colour of your skin. And the language that you speak. The branch lack diversity and this seems to be common place for most banks in Richmond Hill.
talk about disorganized. We arrived for an appointment that had been confirmed via email 90 minutes earlier to find someone else in the office (maybe running late?).
