Absolutely deplorable service. I have my business account with this bank. When ordering cheques, they made the mistake and I ended up paying for both orders of cheques. When I went into the bank to explain the situation, I was basically told it was my fault, it's a third party and there is nothing they can do, and too bad, so sad. I followed up with emails to the business advisor and the branch manager and have received no responses. Bottom line, they do not care about their customers, just your money. I rarely write negative reviews, but this Scotiabank branch truly deserves it. Customer service is almost nonexistent, and the branch manager seems unfamiliar with the concept of respectful and professional communication. If you’re looking for a place to feel ignored and undervalued, this might just be the perfect branch for you.
