April 9, 2025. Approx 11:30 am. This place is unbelievable. They wouldn't accept govt issued photo id because it was expired. They wouldn't accept any other ID either and made threats to close all the accounts because we were in a different branch than ours. Just went in to get an account balance. Teller was useless, manager was useless, security guard too. Threatened me with closing my accounts. Because they refused to accept any of my identification. Asked for a passport! I had a bank draft delivered to this branch, to be deposited to a business associate's account. The teller and manager did not accept the bank draft, and were interrogating the person who brought it, asking where he lives, and requesting an ID as proof. There was no request to withdraw, just to deposit a bank draft made by another bank on the same day, across the street, with all receipts and references in place, not opposing to a hold. I faced difficulties resolving my e-transfer issue and contacted customer care multiple times, but it was unsuccessful. However, Lexi quickly resolved the problem and also updated my profile within minutes. Additionally, the security guard was welcoming. I appreciate the prompt assistance!
It's a long wait. I arrived at 4:20 and It was 35 minutes with about 5 people ahead of me. But then all banks have a wait. I appreciated having the red long ottoman to sit on as I waited in line. May I suggest to PLEASE turn off the annoying music and radio? It's just noise pollution and we each have a different taste in music. My top complaint is being subjected to annoying music I hated while I was confined to a line.
If I could give zero stars I would… I saw the horrible reviews, but it’s nearby, so I ignored it. My husband and I recently went to deposit some cash from our recent wedding, I understand depositing cash over 9k needs to follow standard policy in case of fraudulent activities.
