a single star is being too generous. the service at this branch can only be compared to less-developed countries’ way of running.
I went there to have a bank draft and the bank draft was issued with a missing signature by the teller or manager (two signatures required told by other bank), which caused a delay for my schedule. Recommend go back for better training.
