This branch is close to my office, and I had a really disappointing experience. I entered my PIN and was fully authenticated, then I also provided my ID, but the teller kept asking for more and more security questions. Hello, I visited this branch on October 16. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy, so I went straight to the counter. I had an issue with online banking, and the staff member at the counter patiently and thoroughly guided me until the problem was resolved. I’d like to thank Ms. Atieh for her careful attention and excellent knowledge in helping me. If I need any banking services in the future, I will definitely return to this branch because of the great customer service.
