It is very frustrating that there is no access to the ABM vestibule on evenings and weekends. I understand they do not want loitering, but they should bring back the access using your Scotiabank card.
I was a little nervous with the reviews but I genuinely had a great experience. The representative, Shauntel went above and beyond to fix my issue at the branch.
Where’s the service?
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Scotiabank, especially the branch located at 185 St. Paul Street, St. Catharines. On March 22, 2026, I withdrew an investment worth approximately $12,000 and requested that the funds be returned to my account. Although the money appeared in my account balance, I was unable to access it. I could not transfer it, withdraw it, or use it in any way. Boyfriend goes in there yesterday to pull rent out , the lady wanted his phone number and to answer his phone when she called it to prove it was him , his mother's maiden name and wouldn't accept his ID he gave and this was by the clerk and manager , id like to give a 0 review but there isnt that choice , you guys suck at this branch
