I needed $25 for something. Bank machine will either dispense two $20 equaling $40, or if I'm lucky a $20 and a $10 ($30) requiring me to still make change. The bank teller actually asked "can I ask what you need that amount for?" I understand if it's a very large amount then a question could be asked to protect them (the bank) or the customer (from a scammer or fraud) but over $25 No wonder we try to use the ATM instead. Staff is always friendly, helpful and get to know me on a personal basis. From currency exchange, setting up a visa debit or upping my spending limit, all interactions have been a good one included deposits and withdrawals.
The bank machine at this branch almost never works. It rejects your deposits constantly, is out of money or just says withdrawal unavailable, and many times I have gone in and it has been very dirty from people sleeping in the entry way. One time it was covered in blood. Update to add almost a year later this machine still rejects most deposits I try to put in so not like it was ever fixed.
Absolutely the worst branch to try and deal with anybody on a personal level. Even the branch manager Milan Milojevik does not return emails or calls. Worst customer service. I am switching to Meridian in town
ATM, is closed most of the time. Can't access your money. Put a card anymore and be done with it
