Third time I have gone to deposit money and they are not open during the hours stated on the website and front door. Now the doors are locked to access the ABM and I understand the reason but the ABM hours are 8am and its still locked at 10.
Staff were rude and unhelpful. I understand why they are closing this branch now.
This bank is a JOKE. I snow plow vary early, afterwords went to port colborne scotia. Abm closed ,6:30am , sign on door saying abm open 8am Saturday, NOPE. Now 8:20am still closed.Also they hold bank draft for 5 days. Shitty bank, what a joke. Time to move to another bank.
When I do get to see my rep. it's great but when I call for an appointment wait time says 15 minutes but really 20 and then I'm disconnected. Not good.
This is the worst bank in the city. Potentially the worst bank I've ever dealt with. The service is sub par, the officers knowledge of what's going on is sub par, the lighting and atmosphere is old and dirty. There is never enough officers attending customers. Shame on Scotia Bank for this location. Just he better. Higher better people and act like your a bank and have more than enough money to put back into your space and training for your staff.
