One of the worst branch I have ever seen one of staff member is very rude and doesn’t know how to speak with the customers , when I was unhappy with the service and said I wanna change the bank and the staff member said it’s upto you..!! And he dnt even put an effort to check the reason behind changing the bank very disappointing with the staff specially
can't even use the ATMs when the bank is closed and the drive thru was not operational
This is by far the worst bank branch I’ve ever been to—especially when it comes to the staff. That guy, Anish—how did he even get hired? I get that there’s a staff shortage, but this is ridiculous. I wouldn’t even trust him to eat a piece of cake properly because I’m not sure he’d find the right hole to put the spoon. Honestly, my retriever would do a better job—he’s smarter and a thousand times friendlier. Look, I don’t mean to offend anyone.
