I don’t normally leave one star reviews, especially when I can already see a place has a low rating, but this experience fully earned it. A couple of days go I went to this Scotiabank location just before noon. There was only one person ahead of me, and I still waited about 10 minutes. Within another 10 minutes the line had ballooned to around 20 people, it felt like there was only one rep actually helping while the others were either disengaged or completely indifferent.
