One of the better Scotiabank experiences I’ve had over the years was coming here for a draft to pay off my house. My normal branch was terrible and this was close enough to the lawyers office. Took a few minutes, people were nice and it was easy. No issues.
The worst bank on the planet. I went in for a simple letter stating that my Scotiabank credit card was compromised and because of this, its been cancelled. Scotiabank called me saying someone was trying to take out thousand's using my card. It wasnt me so they declined all transactions going forward. I went in for this letter that the branch HAS to provide. And they refused. The branch manager was extremely unprofessional. He was sitting behind the desk on his phone. Im not have an issue with this branch,I have an issue with Scotiabanl Dealer Advantage and their associate her name is Deja.I told her why I was behind on my payments because of my health and might have cancer she didn't show any remorse didn't even ask me how I was doing all she care about was for me to clear my outstanding balance.Please to whoever sees this do NOT ever go with Scotiabank Dealer Advantage they only care about your money not the customer service they claim that they do care about the customer and they do no... read more
