My partner and I went to this Scotiabank branch today because he needed a replacement debit card due to fraud on his account. The issue involved an EMT from a former coworker, which had already been resolved the following day. Instead of being helped professionally, we were treated like criminals. The branch manager was DISMISSIVE, RUDE, and MUTTERED something UNDER HIS BREATH while walking away from the employee who was assisting us. I am wasting a huge amount of time dealing with problems caused by this bank. It all started when I opened my account. I arrived at the branch at the scheduled appointment time, but I was asked to wait in the waiting area.
