This is the worse bank ever! Despite email confirmation of appointment time, both advisers Amanda Yang and Wendy Leung ditched the appointments. You could never get a hold of them. When the bank claims Ultimate rates for Ultimate Package customers it turned out to be lowest compared to BMO, RBC and even their sister brand Tangerine.
My experience at this branch was very AMAZING! The receptionist noticed me eating bread and proactively offered me some water. Senior Client Manager Amanda Yang was very professional and efficient, even though the branch was about to close, she stayed late to assist me. I was deeply touched by her dedication, which left a strong impression on me regarding the service of this bank.
I came to the Branch on May 4th to sign some documents and also check if one of my other account is closed as I have instructed them twice already (once on mobile app and once thru telephone banking at the end of april and again beginning of May) . The staff said it is not closed and no record of being instructed to, however, they could help me with that at the Branch level. They ask if i have money to pay for a monthly fee which has NOT come out of my account yet ($0.00) and I asked why, they said it is a new month. And I a... read more
