I’d give no stars if I could. The financial advisor we dealt with had no communication, the manager was even worst. Sad that a bank makes you feel so belittled when they should be there for advice and support. Stay away if you can.
Don't really know about counter services I am a Tangerine customer so I go to scotia bank machines because they are free to use
There is a lobby with seats. I often wondered why they don't put seats where the line is, as they always want to have line ups for service. The whole line can be held up waiting for authorizations from managers.
Wish I could give it lower. Terrible customer service. Bank manager doesn't do a shred of research before making decisions. Waited 15 minutes to speak to the single working teller while the bank manager is content to stare at a line of 7 people. Will return to cancel account.
