There is a lobby with seats. I often wondered why they don't put seats where the line is, as they always want to have line ups for service. The whole line can be held up waiting for authorizations from managers.
Wish I could give it lower. Terrible customer service. Bank manager doesn't do a shred of research before making decisions. Waited 15 minutes to speak to the single working teller while the bank manager is content to stare at a line of 7 people. Will return to cancel account.
One teller today, that's it. Needed to talk to someone in the branch after I left as I accidentally left something there after my 20 minute wait in line to deposit a cheque. It is impossible to get a hold of someone inside the bank. Call centre can not patch you through to the branch either. But he conveniently gave me the branch phone number that I had already called and ended up with him! Brutal. Severely understaffed and slow and inconvenient.
When you try to call them you can't reach the branch directly. They always put you through to the call center.
Took full paycheck and returned it to employer after a week with no reason behind it and you can't even get ahold of the branch
