Quick service, friendly staff.
This branch closes at 5 pm today Thursday. I arrived 1 hour before closing 4.05 pm. The branch is empty of customers and the tellers in there told me it is too close to 5 to make any transaction. They denied service because I did not arrived before 3 pm. I was close to this branch so it is more convenient. They just did not want to work full shift. They were already counting money and closing tills before I leave the bank at 4.15 pm. Many excuses to not work.
I went in early this morning to make a deposit, and the first of the two machines was not functioning. This was prior to staff arriving to service or fill the machines (I’m a former teller, so I understand the usual routines), so there was no obvious reason for the issue. Not only is this frustrating when you’re trying to complete a simple transaction, but it also creates a feeling that the location isn’t being properly maintained or monitored, which can impact the sense of safety and reliability customers expect. Worst service in the world. Julie and the branch manager were both very unhelpful. They never seem willing to help customers.This kind of service will sink the company. Do not visit this branch and waste your time.
