Friendly enough but generally incompetent. Marcus is awesome. Staffers largely constricted by Scotiabanks capitalistic, greedy uncaring, profit driven policies. Disappointed me on several occasions. Now looking to switch over to credit union. Manager Julie - condescending, impatient, rude, only concerned about policy not customer needs. Should be fired.
Extremely unhelpful staff in both the branch and online support. At one point they sent me personal mortgage information that was for a completely different person. During an online call, a support representative hung up on me. I will be pulling all of my accounts.
