worst experience ever had with Maria , teller . people are burden than asset for Bank. they refused to serve after verification knowing the amount for draft is big. approached arrogant Assistant manager Mandee Marcil. she was not willing to listen , instead of trying to understand problem was trying to cover up and justify.
Says they’re open on Saturday, but they are not. Something about staff shortages. If you’re going to be closed, please update your hours online.
I just had the worst banking experience at this branch. The branch is poorly run. I intentionally went at 2 pm, well after lunch hour, to avoid a busy time. When I got there the line was 10 deep with only two tellers working. It took me more than 30 minutes to get to the front of the line. Then, the lady at the counter was not helpful at all.
