Worst branch ever (do not go here) and giving it a 0 star. On July 2, I visited this branch to send a wire transfer to my father. I was helped by Tanmay Trivedi. The transaction seemed fine, and he gave me a copy of the wire form. However, I noticed it wasn't the usual "Customer Copy" I've received in the past—it was the "CAU Copy" meant for internal use. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this branch — it was genuinely the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. The staff appeared to have very limited knowledge of their own services and were unable to answer even basic inquiries. It was clear they had not received proper training, which is deeply concerning for a financial institution. I went into the branch today at 2pm. Blinds were drawn down where the tellers would stand. There was one lady at the counter. After waiting an hour it was my turn. I walked up to her and she told me that they were closed. I'm a disabled senior. I needed a replacement card because mine was compromised. Terrible Customer Service
