I just had the worst banking experience at this branch. The branch is poorly run. I intentionally went at 2 pm, well after lunch hour, to avoid a busy time. When I got there the line was 10 deep with only two tellers working. It took me more than 30 minutes to get to the front of the line. Then, the lady at the counter was not helpful at all. Showed up at 4:37pm and they locked the doors, I knocked and they just stared at me and wouldn’t open the door- looked like atleast 1 teller there with another client… they are supposed to be open till 5pm. I wouldn’t normally post a review but this is the second time they just decided to close before their actual time showed…
Terrible customer service, no sense of urgency. Ridiculous fees.
