I went into the branch today at 2pm. Blinds were drawn down where the tellers would stand. There was one lady at the counter. After waiting an hour it was my turn. I walked up to her and she told me that they were closed. I'm a disabled senior. I needed a replacement card because mine was compromised. Terrible Customer Service

Scotiabank: No Customer Service, Just Frustration and Wasted Time Two days ago, I tried to call the branch directly to order cash. The automated phone system offered no clear way to speak with anyone at the branch, consistently looping or disconnecting calls. After repeated attempts, I had to call the general Scotiabank help desk, who placed the cash order for me to pick up today. Avoid going to this place. The staff clearly lack proper training as it took her so long to figure out what to do. When she realised her coworker was busy, she said"I guess I had to do it myself". While waiting for her to figure it out, she just kept her head down and chatted with her worker via Teams and laughed in front of customers, with no regard for professionalism.
