Always a great experience at Scotiabank Clayton Market! The staff is friendly and professional, and I want to give a special shoutout to Mindy and Sue for their exceptional service. They always go above and beyond—thank you both for making banking so easy and pleasant!
I would give zero star if i could. Worst experience ever. The assistant manager Mindy Malone in this branch is very rude and unprofessional. IMPORTANT: if you are Indian please do yourself favour and never go to this branch ever. They will be really racist towards you and especially the assistant manager “Mindy Malone”. Since i had a issue i asked the teller if could speak to a supervisor or manager and this lady Mindy Malone came out of her office after i asked to see the manager for the 20th time. Worst experience with this bank. Sue Chatterji gave me wrong financial advice that costed me $ 4000. No help from the bank staff. Cold response to my emails and phone calls.
