Had a good experience with Anita who patiently helped me resolve several issues I had with my account.
It is absolutely brutal that a person can't contact a person at the branch directly.. The call goes to the call center.. I have a hold that has been on my account for 15 days past my visit to the branch to resolve the issue in person.. Avoid Scotia bank as thwre is no longer a (Human side).
