Worst experience ever !!! I delt with a in experienced teller named luchushma ( what ever her name is) . Unbelievable she told her manager David Cooper I was rude to her . I was 1000% never rude . He called me twice left voices mailed then emailed me . No wonder why this is the worst bank on the planet . David Cooper needs some training . I have forwarded the email to the hire ups I want an explanation why I was called twice and sent a email ???
They called police on me, harrased me , just because I gave them a wrong security answer. That's how they treat their customers.

Had to go to BMO to get an account after a very frustrating time with Scotiabank. After a very frustrating time with Scotiabank. They were very negligent on even doing leg work to open an account. It was obvious that they didn't want to and as soon as I didn't have a passport or driver's license I was turned away. No other options or background checks. Nothing just know. So I have a bank account with someone else with better rates and am doing good with my bank account. Well done Scotia if you guys really don't like your job... read more
