Would never recommend anyone to do business here. The waits are outrageous the staff has no idea what they are doing and is unprofessional at best. The team lead/management was only there to keep the seat warm. I really would like to know how these people get their jobs in a serving the public setting because most them would be fired if I were in charge. Scotiabank needs a revamp badly.

This bank has absolutely destroyed my finances. In 2023 I set up an FHSA with them and in January I found out I no longer have an FHSA. The chestermere branch has locked all of the information pertaining to this transaction somehow and my local branch (I moved) can not see what happened. My taxes are now all messed up. I have been attempting to contact someone at this branch since January, leaving multiple voicemails to every extension I can get from the call center.
