We went to this branch to exchange USD to Canadian currency. The teller advised that it was against Canada law for banks to exchange USD which is not true. It's more likely that the teller didn't want to deal with the transaction when balancing at the end of the day. This is a poor representation of how Canada treats visitors willing to spend their funds to help the local economy.
The very best of staff in quesnel . they are awesome! Head office back east , not so much.
Worst experience ever!! I went to the branch almost two years ago because my bank app was not showing my credit score. They just confused me and gave a complete wrong solution. But then went to an another branch in Prince George and they said your sin is not connected to your account that’s why it’s not showing the credit score. They fixed it in few minutes.
