Very bad experience. Found out they didn't do the services for which I went there for.
The 2 women at this branch were completely disrespectful. They need to understand that they are working for a business and need to act professionally. Learn how to treat your customers or stay at home, so we don't have to deal with people like you! Making me think about closing all my accounts with Scotiabank right now.
This is the worst bank branch I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I experienced terrible customer service, deplorable communication, and just general incompetence. I tried to escalate my issue at the branch level by reaching out to the manager, Fatima, who completely ignored my call and emails. My next step is to submit a formal complaint about the branch to Scotiabank. Please avoid this branch if you can, and save yourself the agony that is dealing with these people.
