I went to Vincent Zamora in May of 2025 to inquire about 5 missed payments (October 2024-February 2025) after closing down my Scotiabank accounts in June of 2024. I also closed down all my accounts yet STILL have an "open" account according to my credit report. Vincent was very pleasant during our meeting and said that the correction would all be reflected within weeks. I have called their branch multiple times, leaving messages all times and emailed three different times to ask for an update but nobody has gotten back to me... read more
Scotia bank has charged my wife fees on an account that was closed in July 2025, instead of fixing their error Vincent Zamora who works at this branch and was assigned to her file has ignored calls and emails and instead of doing his job has allowed the banks own error to hurt my wife’s credit just in time for us to renew our mortgage. 0/10 this establishment does not care about you or your money, if you have any sense you’ll go down the road. Zero stars if possible. Open when you say you open. Trash.
Service at this branch is consistently disappointing. Any time something needs to be fixed, the tellers just tell you to call a 1-800 number. Why call when I’m literally standing in a bank? Why can’t the people working there handle basic banking issues? Customer service is also lacking. The tellers often seem uninterested and not very helpful, which makes the whole experience more frustrating than it needs to be... Lastly, if you're looking for a reliable ABM you won't find it here...
