Do not waste your time here. Met for an hour with a so called Senior Financial advisor about a line of Credit, provided all the paperwork and then never heard another word, wouldn't return my emails and his voice mail box was full. I am a 30 year Scotiabank costomer with no issues.
The worst Scotiabank location, the only ATM they have is not working, and they do not have tellers to assist with cash transactions.
No help with disputing charges. Banked here for 20 years finally done.
I’ve been with Scotiabank for over five years, and today I had the worst experience I could have imagined - complete indifference. I approached what I believe was the branch manager (he had a private office), and he lazily and condescendingly invited me to sit down, answering my questions as if he was doing me a favor.
