Had an issue with SNB payment options...(wish I knew before I waited an hour and a half) So ran over to Scotiabank right behind on Main, hoping for some assistance. Cassidy (and I believe her manager approved it) came up with a quick solution. Ran back to SNB and got the issue taken care of. Hats off to Cassidy for her quick wits and problem solving. Thank you Cassidy. Scotiabank...I hope you take care of good employees like this.
