Will not help
This bank has an unusually nonchalant level of service when it comes to the financial advisors (basically salespeople) serving investment and loan customers. They either don’t return calls and emails at all or are very slow to do so after repeated attempts to contact them. We switched advisors to try and get better results but received the same mediocre level of service. Been with scotia from 4 years Went to deposit coins at this location. Representative named adrin was the best person i have ever met. She helped me lot. She deserves everything in her life
Quick and efficient teller for immediate services. It was busy at the time of my visit to conduct business, and I realize a personal client connection should remain established, but remind the client of awaiting costumers and refrain from continuing casual chat. I was not angered/ irate of this, but I was thinking of the clients behind me and overhearing conversation of their time restraint. One client departed the line and exited.
