I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the treatment my spouse and I experienced at your Carp branch on 2025/01/22. Our intention was to open a business account; however, the interaction with the branch manager left us feeling humiliated, unwelcome, and discriminated against. I am very disappointed with this bank. I have sent a fair amount of money to my grandson, who I've done before without a problem. Now it's fraud doing it.. i thought with having major surgery there would be a easier way to get my id to them without going in. No dam way. Pain or no pain I have to go in to talk to them. There's FaceTime where it could of been done. I would love to know where it's fraud this time and not all the other times.
We have $8,000.00 in our Scotia Bank account, we receive 07 cents interest a month and Scotia Banks service charge is $2.25. So we are closing our account.
Bank machine took my cheque and never deposited the money , customer service phone was not helpful at all , offered to waive my monthly fee for one month . Not good customer service at all
