Ridiculous branch. First of all, you cannot access their ATM after branch hours, so, you cannot access funds unless you come during Monday-Friday banking hours, what sort of convenience is that when you need to access cash during evenings and weekends? Secondly, this branch will not verify a bank draft/certified cheque (which are the same as cash), so even going to a teller to do your deposit they will hold these for 5 business days in the same way they would hold a random personal cheque. Stay away from this bank!!!! Update: Without me even being in the bank or notified of her action, the bank manager trespassed me from the premise, closed my account and held my money, cancelled my credit card, and have destroyed my credit demanding $3,000. I had to go to the Edmonton location just to get my money. This should be illegal!!! Why oh why did I make an account here? Why is this bank closed when working people need to actually go to the bank?
Agreeing with all the bad reviews below. Nothing but regrets and problems with this branch. Such a headache every time I need to go in and talk to a teller. Half of them don't know anything or give an incorrect answer. Can't wait to switch banks once our mortgage is able to be switched.
