I had such a positive experience at Scotiabank in New Westminster. The staff were incredibly patient and understanding, especially when I was feeling stressed. They took the time to listen to me and even gave me helpful advice, which made me feel so much better. Their support and kindness really made a big difference for me.
I had an excellent experience with Ankit Talwar at Scotiabank. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the process. Ankit took the time to understand my needs and provided clear guidance, making everything smooth and stress-free.
Unbelievably inept. Went to branch to get debit card for account created online (after waiting for email to confirm I should go in for pick up), and staff said they couldn’t find my account. They went on to confirm that there were too many Michael Phillips who opened an account on the same day 🙄. Then they suggested I call in to the completely unhelpful customer service instead of actually helping… thanks to the happy accident though! I recently visited the branch for two things: 1. Statement balance certificate 2. Credit card protection cancellation. The employee working there, Lawrence helped me a lot with my process. He was very kind and explained the whole process to me and connected me with the customer care as well. He was very patient and kind. 10/10 service.
This is the best branch in the neighborhood. Staff are great. they can’t control the homeless people situation but you can tell they are trying their best. The branch manager is very helpful and knowledgeable.
