Unbelievably inept. Went to branch to get debit card for account created online (after waiting for email to confirm I should go in for pick up), and staff said they couldn’t find my account. They went on to confirm that there were too many Michael Phillips who opened an account on the same day 🙄. Then they suggested I call in to the completely unhelpful customer service instead of actually helping… thanks to the happy accident though! I recently visited the branch for two things: 1. Statement balance certificate 2. Credit card protection cancellation. The employee working there, Lawrence helped me a lot with my process. He was very kind and explained the whole process to me and connected me with the customer care as well. He was very patient and kind. 10/10 service.
This is the best branch in the neighborhood. Staff are great. they can’t control the homeless people situation but you can tell they are trying their best. The branch manager is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Absolutely embarrassing. I would be ashamed if I worked there. Went to the bank to exchange three 'Winnipeg' 1874-1974 year Canadian Dollar Commemorative coins. Teller instantly lets me that 'we cannot except them'. I also had nine .50 cent coins dated 1969 (5), 1970 ,1971, 1974, and 1976. I politely mentioned to her that it is illegal not to accept Canadian coins, all I wanted to do was cash out.
