This is the best branch in the neighborhood. Staff are great. they can’t control the homeless people situation but you can tell they are trying their best. The branch manager is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Absolutely embarrassing. I would be ashamed if I worked there. Went to the bank to exchange three 'Winnipeg' 1874-1974 year Canadian Dollar Commemorative coins. Teller instantly lets me that 'we cannot except them'. I also had nine .50 cent coins dated 1969 (5), 1970 ,1971, 1974, and 1976. I politely mentioned to her that it is illegal not to accept Canadian coins, all I wanted to do was cash out. She then asked another teller at the branch who, by no surprise, did not know if the Branch could actually do it. At this point s... read more
Standing here for an hour because 1, they have 2 staff at the till and two sitting there surfing the web. Here the third time becausd their VISA gave me a LOC without me asking for it and someone cashing a cheque. Now I am locked out of VISA but their collection agency is calling demanding payment. Save yourself and go to a credit union.
I had a great experience with Mahshid and she helped me with my card problem and done it quickly.
