Worst atm machine ever. The money counter sucks and only counts 50 or 100 bills. Also ate my money so many times
I can't thank Anne-Marie enough for her amazing customer service from the first interaction with her she goes above and beyond for her customers and it has prompted me to move this location to my home Branch. She cares about her clients and I will recommend anyone to see her as you will be treated great!
This branch is very limited in what they can help with. The tellers are very friendly but I would not recommend any of the advisors here. They're not knowledgeable and can't help with complex banking needs/requests. So frustrating !
Deen helped me get the paperwork I need signed. Really appreciate his help because the other Scotiabank branch located on ellerslie did not even read the forms I was requesting signatures for. Thank you, Sir !
