"I'm writing to share my disappointing experience with this Branch . Unfortunately, the service was subpar, and I was treated poorly by the staff. Given this experience, I would advise others to consider alternative locations. Hopefully, the company will take steps to improve their customer service."
Jed was extremely polite, patient, and professional. He took the time to assist us with everything we needed and answered all our questions thoroughly. His helpful attitude and excellent customer service made our experience at Scotiabank very pleasant
Just a terrible place to deal with always We tried to move money but when we arrived there was no help at all Go somewhere else
We went to transfer money from GIC Cashable account to current account for emergency need on Aug 15 2025 2:00 pm . Cashier told us 1 week appointment waiting. No one available to listen our concern .Rude customer service.
