We went to transfer money from GIC Cashable account to current account for emergency need on Aug 15 2025 2:00 pm . Cashier told us 1 week appointment waiting. No one available to listen our concern .Rude customer service.
Worst bank I've ever had in my life
I had a good experience at Scottish bank thanks Tessa Troock. She was incredibly professional. Even though she had a very busy schedule, she still took the time to meet with us, listen to our questions, She helped us explore the best options.. We truly appreciate that, she still gave us her full attention and support.
The rudest manager lady. We were trying to close off my deceased brother estate they made my parents come back and forth to sign the same papers over and over just to end up not sending them out. The agent doesn’t reply to email doesnt answer the phone and also cancels appointments. they made a 5mn task into two months of going back and forth. The cherry on top is when my parents were waiting for their appointment at the branch and the agent sent an email canceling 2mn before the appointment while they can see him in his off... read more
