This bank is an absolute joke. I have had 2 extremely rude encounters here. The first time was with a manager. She was incredibly rude, spoke to me and my daughter with the rudest tone possible, and was absolutely no help at all. Today, I had a hold put on a cheque I deposited. Keep in mind I have been depositing these cheques from my employer for a year and a half, with no issues.
